Average antral follicle count..AFC
I am just wondering what an AFC is in terms of the average for women our age. I had an AFC of 17. Seven follicles in one ovary and 10 in the other. But then I also heard they need to be a certain size. When they count the AFC on ultrasound, do they only count the ones meeting the size needed to be considered viable?
