Mo idea what’s going on! Possibly late but also possibly ovulated late...

So this is my first month off the birth control patch. No idea when I’m suppose to get my period. I’m on cycle day 31 and with the patch I’d usually get get it cycle day 28/29. Glow says it’s due tomorrow but it never adjusted to when I was on the patch. I had sex on cycle day 21 and 23. I had cramping on cycle day 28 like it was coming but still nothing. I don’t feel like it’s coming just sore breast. Took a test.

What do you think? Too early to test? Could it just be off?
