It's definitely not a stretch mark. That's called acanthosis nigricans. I wonder, OP, have you been diagnosed with diabetes, thyroid disorder or PCOS? Do you have darkened skin in other areas, such as neck or armpits?

the ones coming down your thighs are stretch marks, the others are just fro. your skin always creasing in the same spot. very normal.
