is this normal ?

So i am a 22 year old and i don’t think this is normal and i haven’t gone to get check either but from September of last year until now i keep having my period twice a month, it’s a very heavy flow that can last all the way up to one week 😩 yikes! And also the blood cloths that i have are probably like 5 cm long and i feel them when they come out ! Sorry for being so explicit, is any of y’all have ever had something like this ? Help !
