Hemorrhoids😣

Hi, this is probably TMI and I’m sorry..

I’m just wondering how many of you have hemorrhoids and what can you do for them? I’ve known of having them since I got pregnant with my son almost 4 years ago when the doctor said something about it but it got worse after birth. I’ve only had a flare up once- thankfully it’s only been that one time, but I know they’re there and I can feel them when I’m wiping or washing (they’re usually out) and I can push them in. Is there any way I can make them go away completely without the surgery?
