So, ladies

I started Vitex last month after I researched it for WEEKS. And I was kinda on the fence about it as it has mixed reviews.

But I thought to myself, it’s just a vitamin, right?

So, as you can imagine, I was over the moon when I received my very first ever positive OPK within the first week, followed by a strong Lh surge that lasted for about 3 days! I thought to myself “yes! Vitex for the win! This will DEFINITELY be our month!”

So naturally, I have been testing since 9DPO- depressingly, only receiving BFN’s.

AF is due March 4th.

Usually by now, I have VERY sore breast’s accompanied by TERRIBLE cramps, rated at a 10/10- that will quite literally bring me to my knees.

But these symptoms have yet to show. And although I’m TOTALLY not missing the pain and discomfort, I am absolutely TERRIFIED that Vitex has messed up my cycle and is going to make my CD’s much, much longer than normal, like I have read about in a few forums.

PLEASE. SOMEONE. ANYONE.

If you have any information regarding this, or have had a similar experience (preferably one where you were wrong and ended up getting your BPF 🤞🏻)- PLEASE help me!
