I’ve always slept with mine, however i always make sure i do not leave it in longer than the recommended max time. I put one in right before bed, and when i wake up (early) i change it straight away.

Yes it’s fine as long as you make sure you only have it in for 8 hours, so set an alarm to wake up and change it. That’s what I do

I always sleep with a tampon because I'm a wild sleeper and my sheets would be a bloody mess. When I was younger I would set an alarm now I'm just used to getting up.

I change it right before bed and usually wake up on my own in the middle of the night to change it, then immediately when I wake up in the morning I’ll change it.

I never did because I was always scared of getting toxic shock syndrome I usually just got the extra long over night  pads and wore them with Granny panties hahaha
