PCOS & TTC: IS THERE HOPE I OVULATED?

I’ve been TTC (trying to conceive) for two cycles now and although my doctor told me not to bother with temp charting and OPKS, I still chart.

Now my DH (dear husband) and I dtd A LOT this month, so as not to miss our window.

My period was due last Wednesday, but I think I ovulated later... that’s the only explanation as to why its late. I’ ve had spot on periods for the past 3 months ever since switching to a low carb lifestyle...

I cramped a lot throughout this past month. And especially the day before AF (Aunt Flo - menstruation/period) was due...

I still cramp on my right side and feel a pulling sensation in my pelvic area.

Also may be important to mention that I typically have a very low body temp.

Any help would be appreciated ladies!
