Exercise or weight loss affect TTC?
I’ve lost 17lbs since January 1 or roughly 2lbs per week. Thinking being active and healthy would help TTC. Last month I had no flashing smileys and went straight to solid but AF came.
This month I’ve had 10 days of flashing. One day did say solid but I tested on other applicators that day an they were negative. I did get pregnant my first time with just get flashing but
I had no problems getting pregnant before my Mc and a very regular cycle. I’m just wondering if maybe my workout program is delaying ovulation or something.
