Hey guys

So I ebf all day but I’ve been trying to pump when I go back to work.

In the early morning I get a good 5-6 oz from both breasts

But during the afternoon I was only able to get 2oz from one breast.

Why is that 😱 and how can I up my supply while still ebf for now

Is my lo not getting enough?

We bottle feed her one bottle at night and she usually takes 2.5-3oz

Now I’m worried she’s not getting enough during the day 🤷🏻‍♀️
