Can you see a scrotum at 14 weeks?

Question

I had an ultrasound on Friday right at 14 weeks. She measured the femur and I saw what looked the outline of a scrotum? Also looked like it could be the hamburger outline they mention for a girl. Never saw anything protruding at 12 weeks or 14 weeks.

scrotum no, small penis maybe, but at that early it could be a swollen girl as well

in most cases, if there is a penis, it can be easily detected. but that's assuming the baby is in the right position. however, Im sure there is always a chance it could be wrong this early.
