What times did/does/will your 7-year-old go to bed?

My stepdaughter goes to bed way too late, I think. Sometimes not til 10 at night. I think that we have to be more strict with her!

School days she's in bed by 7/7.15 and asleep by 7.30 but weekends shes asleep by 8.. no later than 8.30 at all x

My 7 year old son gets in bed around 730 and watches an hour of tv then goes to sleep. He is up at 630 for school in the morning.

my 7 year old goes to bed at 7:30! He gets up early so he's tired early. he hasn't learned what sleeping in is yet.
