Pumping after breastfeeding
How long does everyone pump when pumping after breastfeeding? I’m currently pumping twice a day for 30 mins after she nurses, but I’m not sure if it would be more beneficial to pump more often for a shorter time. I’m currently getting about 2.5 oz per pumping session and my baby is 12 days old. My goal is to store as much breast milk as possible as quickly as possible.
