Just needed to share...

Hubby left for basic training this week and we miss him so much! My son doesn’t give kisses (well he gave me ONE yesterday, first ever) but we have this “daddy bear” we got him with my husbands voice recording so he could have while he’s gone, and he was talking to it and said “dada” and gave it a kiss 😭

My heart melted and of course I cried a little. It’s been hard without him home.

And this week he started saying “dog” which usually sounds more like “gog”. Waving at appropriate times instead of just randomly, blowing kisses (only to the dog 🙄lol) and Just seeming to grasp things mentally more. He was super fussy after my husband left for a couple days until his middle top tooth poked through, so I’m glad he’s back to normal ❤️
