Nosebleed and dizziness as sign of pregnancy???

Hey ladies! I'm about 6-7 days out from my period and I woke up feeling very strange! I've about passed out 3 times already and just now I got a nosebleed. I never get nosebleeds! I've had one when I was 8 years old and that's it. Has anyone else ever had that as an early pregnancy symptom? I also rolled onto my chest at 3 am and my breasts were so tender that it actually woke me up and very constipated since yesterday, but I'm more worried about the nosebleed since it's so strange for me.
