How do I know if I’m bisexual, a lesbian, or straight?

I’ve identified as straight my whole life. But there are so many times when I question my sexuality. I haven’t acted on it because of being raised in a religious home. But it’s keeps getting to me more and more recently. 
How did figure out your sexuality? Because I keep questioning and just want an answer.

You gotta not put too much pressure on it. You’ll know when you know. I was “straight” up until I was 24, but something always felt off when I was with guys. Then I started subconsciously falling in love with my best friend, who was a woman. And she felt the same way and told me. Then everything just clicked for me. I could connect with her on a way different level than I could with any guy I had been with. That was over 3 years ago and we’re still together!

Why do you ask yourself? I mean, it has to be a reason. If you've liked girls and boys you could be bisexual, but there's also curious people that when they try their same sex just go back to liking the opposite one, because it was not their thing. And... I think we know when there's something going on, maybe your thinking too much about it, just let your feelings flow and you'll realize.

It took me a while to figure out my sexuality but after a few years of writing out my thoughts and observing different ways that I felt in different situations I realized I was bi. It may take a minute to get there but you just have to tune into your emotions and find how you feel towards different people. For me, liking a guy feels different than liking a girl but they both have the same meaning. You also don’t necessarily have to identify with anything if you’re more comfortable with that and just be attracted to whoever you’re attracted to

Well, I'm 17 and I thought I was straight for a while. But, I had unknowingly grown feeling for a female friend of mine who was gay. She knew I was questioning my sexuality and was okay with engaging in a relationship. I have liked people of different genders. And that's how I found out I was Pansexual. I, personally, don't care about sex/gender.

I was in the same boat too. Raised catholic, not being straight was never an option I or anyone else allowed myself to consider. Chances are, if you've been questioning your sexuality for a while, or you've felt attracted to more than a few girls, you're most likely queer in some way!! It's difficult to reconcile, but once you realize that God won't hate you for something you have no control over, but other people (sinners) will----that's when you know! Love yourself💖

Thanks Ladies. I’m really working on trying to figure this out. Just because of the way I was raised it feels wrong but maybe it’s just something that I need to experiment with a little.
