Does this ultrasound look normal for 5 weeks 6 days? Read description and see photo

I'm supposed to be 7 weeks, measuring behind. heartbeat was 102. doctor is making me come in for another ultrasound in a week to check viability. Any advice/people with similar situations? tell it to me straight

Normal for an almost 6 weeks ultrasound. I am a sonographer! We call it the diamond ring sign!

For those that said something might be off I’d like to know why because honestly that’s like the most perfect yolk sac I’ve ever seen lol

I went in at what I thought was 6 weeks exactly and I was only measuring at 5 weeks 3 days. All they saw was a sac no yolk sac or baby. Totally normal this early. 2 weeks later we had a sweet baby with a heartbeat 😊

I just had a miscarriage November 30th and have no had a period yet since then. I got pregnant right after my miscarriage! We thought I was 7 weeks and 5 days due to measurements 3 weeks ago.  I went in yesterday and was measuring 5 weeks and 6 days with a heartbeat of 128!! I’m a little confused. But all seems to be going great.

Here’s my 5w6d scan- they didn’t measure a heartbeat because at this point it would just cause worry as it’s just started beating and the rate can be low. 
102 is pretty good - the ones that I’ve heard of bad outcomes is when the heartbeat was 80-90.
