15 weeks today what your feeling?

Hi all mums to be!! 
So this is my first and im lost as to what pains are normal and not, I've had spotting from early, so every pain stresses me the hell out im 15 weeks today! And god dam, my pelvic area just feels so heavy, I get like weird kind of sharp pains at the top of my pelvic bone, sore back, would love to hear all your little pains and feelings your feeling! ❤️💙

hi I was 15 weeks yesterday with my first. I've been quite lucky not to of really suffered woth sickness or anything. sometimes I get a sharp stabbing pain sometimes it's one side other times middle. I to has a little spotting at the beginning. now and again I'll get what feels likes period cramps. I'm guessing this is everything stretching out. I wish you a happy pregnancy xxx

I'm 18+5 and have had pains pretty much daily.  these last few weeks have been more eye watering pains usually when I stand up or move too fast which I assume are round ligament pains? anyhow, you are gonna experience pain as everything grows and expands and it's this last week where my belly really seems to have put on a growth spurt which is fitting with the pain I've had

I'm 15 weeks. Feeling better in that I'm not nauseous or as tired, having a lot of round ligament pain and super moody lol. It's normal to have a break in some symptoms between 13 weeks and when you start to feel baby
