2nd miscarriage after IUD

Please help me. Advice? Did this happen to anyone else? I’m going through my second early miscarriage after having my IUD removed late November. I had it almost 3 years. My other two pregnancies were after one period after stopping the pill. Healthy babies. This time is different. I don’t know why. Please help. I’m bleeding a lot. Levels were tested at a 36.30 Friday. Waiting to see results today but I lost hope. Jesus holds another baby before I do.
