Thoughts on Progesterone cream???

Potentially have psos and looking for some natural therapies (diet etc) came across other people using this, any thoughts or anyone who had used similar? Or has advice?

I used the pills, but only when I was pregnant. To support the pregnancy. I wouldn’t mess with these kind of things as you can throw everything way more of if you do not use it correctly. It’s still a high dosage of hormones, I’d consult with your doctor or OB first, before you do this on your own.
