Baby Rash
okay so LO is 5 months, very healthy baby, and this morning when she woke up I changed her nappy and noticed she has a rash...never changed brands of nappies or creams or washing powers... anyone had similar experience? I'm a first time mum so I have no clue EDIT: it's rough to touch and it's like bumps
