Toddler omega 3 supplements

Does anyone give their toddlers Omega 3? I’ve been reading into it a little and wasn’t sure if anyone else has any feedback based off of personal experience. I know that my son isn’t getting enough of it in his weekly diet, and he hates fish! I try it in different ways and try to reintroduce it every now and then and he isn’t into it. I know there’s other ways for him to get omega 3’s but if I can supplement in some way to make sure he’s always getting it, then I want to at least try that!

The benefits I’ve been reading are: Essential fats help your toddler's brain and sight to develop. Some people claim that omega-3 can also improve intelligence, memory, coordination and concentration skills. There's also a small amount of research to suggest that omega-3 supplements may be beneficial for toddlers diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). There's currently little evidence to support any of these connections though.
