Cloth diapering moms out there?

Just curious because I don't really see anything about it in the group but is anyone planning on cloth diapering they're little ones? I am! So far I've learned about pocket diapers and the fact that cloth diapering can actually be extremely fashionable

we are planning to cloth diaper, this will be our first baby.. right now I'm interested in pocket diapers and shells..the pocket diapers you wash the whole thing, shells you put liners in kinda like a pocket but they sit on top(not stuffed) and unless it's a really bad blow out it's about 3/4 uses just kinda doing a wipedown in between changes . if you check out Thirsties brand on Facebook they have videos each week kind of describing different types. it's been helpful to learn a bit, and they don't necessarily just promote the Thirsties brand

My husband and I decided to cloth diaper our little one.  We are first time parents who are on a tight budget so we will be going with prefolds and covers.  We are working toward a stash of 35 prefolds, 5 newborn covers, and 6 one size covers.  We are nervous about the added pressure of cloth diapering but we are excited to be saving money and the environment!

i cloth diaper. my baby is 6 months and i use pockets. super easy i love it. i got a super seal on groupon of diapers. i put a sprayer on my toilet so i can spray the poo into the toilet.

We use both cloth and disposable, we save about $100 per month that way. She wears disposables at night and naps and when we are out and about for more than a couple hours. She seems to get rashes less with the cloth diapers but that might be because I notice that she wet sooner so she gets changed sooner.

Baby #1 is almost 2 and starting to potty train. We cloth diapered her all the way. Baby #2 (a boy) on the way and we are only buying more cloth because there may be some overlap where they are both using them, and our first was a girl, so we got some girly prints that I won't use for a boy. So, with that being said we are spending almost nothing on diapers at all this time which is a huge money saver!

I had my daughter in cloth diapers until she was 1. they have adorable covers for both boys and girls. I got most of mine from the mama app. by wish. cheaper then the stores! they work wonderful. I recommend getting a trash can or pail just for the diapers. put water and vinegar in the pail to soak the diapers in over night or until full load. it disinfect/deodorize the diapers. then dump it in your washer. add your dreft detergent and vua-la. clean. No stains or smell. I also used Angel Baby Bottom Balm. It's all natural and won't stain the cloth. good luck with whatever you choose
