Exclusively pumping

Babt girl is 5 weeks old an as a FTM I have already grown tired of pumping every 2-3 hours sometimes less 😩 I've already had a pretty bad case of mastitis at 2 weeks PP in my left breast an now pump a solid 3-5 oz out of it an my overproductive right breast I pump 5+ every pumping session. I went about 5 hours last night without pumping. Baby girl has her days an nights mixed up something terrible so after 2 days of barely any sleep I was finally able to rest last night an got about 5 hours in before she woke up. is this something I can continue to do ? I've heard some women say it can ruin my supply if I do this this early.... I'm jus so over pumping my life away lol
