What is the worst part about being single?

Honestly, worst part for me is not having anybody to kiss. That’s probably one of my favorite things about being in a relationship so not having it kinda sucks. 
Btw this is the longest I’ve not been in a relationship for 3.5 years, it’s been 7 months

I would say it would be no one to talk to when you're feeling alone, no one to kiss, cuddle, and hug and not only less sex, but less meaningful sex. I personally enjoy that connection one has with someone they really love and have been with for awhile. it's the best.

I don't really see the downside to being single. You can still do all of these things -- just without the strings of a partner/relationship. If people view being single as being a negative, I believe that they are too dependant on other people and should explore self-dependency.

I don't think I've ever really asked myself this question, but it's a good one! I think the worst part of being single, for me, is that I feel hopeless sometimes. Hopeless that I'll ever find the right person. I've dated quite a bit, but I haven't found anyone I'm willing to commit to. I don't know what my exact issue is, but in the past I had no problem "falling head over heels" for someone and loving everything about them. It just seems impossible for me to feel those feelings anymore. I get annoyed easily and/or I turn into a straight up psycho girlfriend. Love, dating, and relationships used to be so easy for me. I just won't settle anymore. I've been so hurt in the past by exes.

I don’t see downsides to being single. I loved it. Don’t get me wrong- I love my partner, but I’ve always been a loner. Being single was great for me. Still could have sex, still could kiss and hangout with someone.

I would much rather be single than with someone. I'm kind of a loner, and like doing what I want when I want. I can kiss, bang, hangout with friends or date as much as I want IF I want. I enjoy not being tied down or obligated to emotionally and physically fulfill someone else, I just have to worry about me 💁

I'm really shy and awkward and don't really have many friends so the times I have been single I have gotten so lonely. I'm not good at being alone I get really down. So the worst part for me is not having someone there for me. I need someone to talk to or come home too.
