is it over ?

so as it seems I started the process of having a miscarriage early Saturday morning with just very bad cramping on my right side and lower back,but I didn't see any blood until this morning when I was at the hospital and used the restroom. according to the app I was 5 weeks and 4 days so should I expect to pass clots or just the little bit of blood I have ? I don't know if the baby ever formed or was it just a sac which would explain why I'm not bleeding much. this is my first miscarriage so idk what to expect at only 5 weeks. please give me some info for any moms that had one this early as well please
