Any tips on what helped you get pregnant? Willing to try pretty much anything, we’ve been trying for over a year!

I know this sounds so much easier said than done, but we took a month break for me to not be stressed and thinking about it constantly, and in the first month of trying again we got pregnant! I really believe stress can play a huge factor at least for me!
