Can't get in to see a doctor for acouple of days

So last sunday night (25th feb) i insanely sick vomitting, light headedness and extreme cramping. I then felt sick everytime I ate up until today (6th Mar), could hardly do anything was super lethargic and just overly feeling off, on friday i was cramping and i started spotting just alittle bit of brown blood but I wasnt due for a period for acouple of weeks and am on the pill (and didn't miss one) Sunday when i got home from a trip away, I was bleeding very heavily and it was bright red. It slowed down and today has turned pink, which has got me confused and I've never seen it like that before. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? I have a Doctor's appointment later in the week as it is the earliest I could get in.
