7 week C-section incision weeping

I hope someone can help and shed a little bit of light...

7 weeks ago I had to have an emergency c-section and it started weeping a few weeks ago just a tiny bit in one corner. I’ve been back and forth to the doctors and they said just to bath it in sterile water and it should clear up. Last week I went back again as I felt like it had gotten a little bit worse and I’m taking a 7 day course of antibiotics, will be finished taking them tomorrow. It has crusted over but a small spot just keeps weeping... is this normal? Is it a good sign it’s healing? I’m not poorly in the slightest and I’m not in any pain, just worrying about it.
