Posterior Placenta? Vs Anterior

This time around my placenta is posterior... I read a few things on how different things might be...

Has anyone had an experience where they had one pregnancy with post then the next ant? Or the other way around?? Will labor feel different? Will my belly look different?

My pregnancy with my two daughters I had an anterior Placenta, labor and pregnancy felt and look the exact same! I didn’t feel them kick a lot and started feeling them around 16/18 weeks when I did feel them it was faint and not super often. I had almost complete back labor and sciatic issues. . . . This time with my son I feel Jam Jam already!! 14 weeks 4 days and hear him on the Doppler already and the ultrasounds are clearer than with my daughters.
