Will this cycle ever end?!

I’m currently on CD68 and I’m frustrated at this point. I’m 32 & finally start TTC after waiting forever on Jan 14th and Jan 16th during my last ovulation period. For the past 5 days my breasts have been hurting because they’re so tender which is usually a pretty big indicator that AF is about to make her debut. I can’t help but feel inadequate because we have this real chance of having a baby and we can’t even try until I have a period and subsequently I ovulate. Our donor is out of the country right now so it seemed like it was ok that I was late and getting nothing but BFNs over and over but he will be back at the beginning of April so now I’m panicking because he will only be in town for a week and then he is heading back out of the country and won’t be back for a year. Has anyone successfully regulated their cycle after this long without doctor intervention? I’m such a natural person and I truly wish to avoid having to take synthetic hormones to fix my problem. Please someone help!!
