Night Sweats/Cold sweats during period?
I'm 37 years old and I've noticed for about the last year that I get night sweats one day prior to my period starting & during the first 3-4 days of my period. It is also harder to fall asleep on those days.
The only lifestyle changes I've made are that I've started eating healthier this past year & I workout 5-7 days a week now. (Lost 20 lbs of body fat! 😁 I used to weigh 140.8 lbs)
I'm 5'7" & my weight fluctuates around 119 lbs to 122 lbs (I always weigh a little more before my cycle starts).
I've read that it could be Pre-premenopause but I have NO other symptoms other than the night sweats & difficulty falling asleep.
I've also read that it could be due to low body fat or diet.
Any suggestions to make the night sweats go away? I hate them.
Anyone else close to my age experiencing this?
