ovarian cyst? pregnant?

sorry if you’ve seen me post this before! just looking to see if i get any more answers ☺️ (aka desperate for reassurance)

the left is how i look atm, nvr had unprotected sex, not missed a period & had two negative pregnancy tests.

my stomach is crampy, i am headachy & nauseas, with a really prominent pressure above left of my hip bone.

my stomach has been expanding for over a month, so it’s not just evening bloat.

my theory is a cyst, but doesn’t stop me STRESSING over fear of being pregnant.

has anyone experienced anything similar?

additionally i can pre much breathe in my stomach almost flat but not quite as much as usual, which leads me to think it can’t be a bump?

i’ve sent off my blood for results n then have a dr app after that but so far they are being NO help just giving me laxative drinks?? not knowing what it is is stressing me to the max 😓😓
