IUD questions

I got the hormonal IUD and am now on day ten of my period- which typically last only 3 days. I’m feeling very fatigued and tired, could I be developing anemia (or if I possibly had it prior, I always wondered) could this really be exhausting my iron levels? Also is it normal to have a straight real medium-light flow this long? Like I said, my typical period is half a day of heavy flow and 2.5-3.5 days of spotting.
