14+2 thought I was supposed to get some energy back by now??
I’m SO exhausted all the time... I sleep an hour everyday after work at 4p when I get off
(8hr hospital shifts in rehab, I’m an OT)
I used to work out at YMCA 5 days a week or so before I got pregnant with #1.
Now I can only work out on days I don’t work!! Is this normal? I feel like a bum, but I get emotional if I skip a nap and then feel I over worked myself! I cried today I get so tired by 6pm and my DH went to pick us up dinner when I had planned to cook! I just couldn’t do it 😞
I have had no other symptoms aside from fatigue
I feel SO grateful I have not been nauseated or vomited AT ALL since I found out I was pregnant in Dec.
Any advice or recommendations?? TIA
