Putting a tampon in.

i know i could have just looked this up, well i didn't but its not helpful. I'm not worried about the pain, i just want to get in the right hole. obviously not the butt hole 😭. i'm young but might as well get used to it because i'm a swimmer so, how do you know which hole it is ? 😭
