Ladies I need help..

Hey ladies.. over the past year around ovulation time I get horrid pain in the right side of my pelvis. Sometimes it’s manageable , sometimes I have to get help walking to my own toilet. I’m at my wits end with this pain as I have been to hospital and gynecologists and they all put up there hands and say they don’t know..

every time I get this pain my right side swells and becomes really tense. I’m looking at getting a tens machine to help get me through work and daily life. Has anyone else been through something similar? I’m honestly not sure whereas to turn. I do all natural remedies to help ease the pain but that is really all I can do at this point.. just to note I have had my appendix out.. and have been dignoised with pcos.
