I need help !!!

So I haven’t had a period since August and I just got one for the first time since then. I started spotting last Tuesday and been bleeding since. The problem is my clots are way bigger than normal , and I’m bleeding so much it’s scaring me. Is this normal for irregular periods. I’m not sure because my period was always regular.
