Vitamin D + Prenatal Vitamins

Hi everyone,

I just made my prenatal appointment with my OB and over the phone she told me to start taking Vitamin D supplements in addition to my Prenatal Vitamin.

My Prenatal Vitamin has 400 IU. How much should the Vitamin D supplement have?
