Really scared :( TMI
So for the past 2 days I spit up 1 of these things with phlegm kind of like when you’re sick and you get that build up in the back of your throat I don’t know what it is and today I blew my nose and I felt like something was stuck so I had to pull it out of my nose I’m freaking out I don’t know what this is!
