Swollen labia?

Anybody else? My husband mentioned that animals get swollen before they give birth... (he grew up taking care of lambs) 
I’m just frightened now 😬

It’s swollen from the extra blood flow down there. Mines been swollen for a while now and I’m 36+3

36+1 and I'm swollen af and dialated to a one and braxton hicks keep going crazy and shes dropped so I'm just kinda waiting on spontaneous labor tbh

Yea mine has been swollen for a while... my DH pointed it out... he said it looked like he had worn it out but knew it’s because of pregnancy 😂😂 (he actually does a lot of research on everything about being pregnant)

everything downstairs is swollen for me. labia, vagina...but I am carrying two, so all that blood makes sense I guess

Lol you have extra pressure down there and extra blood. If it starts bothering you I’d rest for a bit. My pubic area is all kinds of swollen. Even the part you shave 😩

Ahh that’s what it is! My poor labia has felt different for weeks. Good to know it’s not just me! I didn’t have this with my first, I kinda chalked it up to being all stretched out after pushing a baby out, tearing and getting sewn up again. TBH, the old gal has never felt the same! 🤷🏼‍♀️
