So I’m 38 weeks pregnant but this picture is from June. Around the same time I would’ve conceived, this came out of me. I don’t want to sound stupid but could this have been a twin? Or just a clot of some sort?

I didn’t show this to the doctor in June because I didn’t find out I was pregnant until September. I totally forgot about this picture until just now

Update: I showed my doctor and she said that is usually What early embryos look like (curved with the dot that looks like an eye) but she said she thinks it looks too mucus-y to be an embryo
