How do I change it to stop showing I’m pregnant? 😪 I logged 3 negative pregnancy tests and put heavy bleeding. Earlier today I had contraction like cramps every 30 seconds... I’ve never had a miscarriage so idk what to expect. 😢 I went to the doctor early today and she told me I’m having a miscarriage. Chemical pregnancy. So I didn’t ask much questions since at the time I only felt lower back pain. I don’t get cramps during my periods either. I’m very regular and always have been. I don’t know how I’m supposed to feel during this miscarriage 😓..

Also what do I do to make sure my next pregnancy isn’t high risk. I was when I was pregnant with my son. He is now 5. I had placenta previa and had a sub chorionic hemorrhage. My doc (same one) says I shouldn’t have the same problems and I won’t be considered high risk next time.
