Swollen everything...
Hello glow friends! I hit week 35 a few days ago and I swear from that exact day I’ve been swelling like a balloon! My feet and ankles and my hands and even my legs sometimes, it’s so gross and weird to see 😷 it’s not hurting, but it is suuper uncomfortable. I was just wondering if any of you have advice on what to do to help reduce the swelling! I’ve been trying to drink more water and have less sodium and put my feet up whenever I’m sitting/ laying down, but it’s still just so uncomfortable 😩
