So i need some advice or stories from others with this.

I got pregnant in August and it ended very quick in September with a miscarriage, after the miscarriage they discovered I have a 3cm septum in my uterus.

Fast forward to now and I think I might be pregnant again. The risk of miscarriage is super high but there’s a chance it could still stick. Has anyone else had a successful pregnancy with a septum?
