Implanon side effects

Hi! I’m an Implanon newbie as I got mine almost 1 month ago - so far I’ve had no bleeding or adverse effects at all except for slightly increased acne and mood swings ( I do understand that symptoms will continue to develop for months and bleeding may begin). Thinking far in advance I was wondering if in 3 years if I chose to renew the insertion if I would experience the mood swings etc again or if my body would be used to the implant by then and it would be a fairly smooth transition to a second one ? Just curious
