Ramzi theory anyone?

I have no real understanding of the Ramzi theory but I am curious. Anyone know where the placenta may be or and predictions? They all look similar to me. I do think the circle is the yolk sack. But not sure where the placenta is in this 7 week u/s. Any predictions welcome!! Thanks for your time and input!! 😬 also it was transvaginal u/s not abdominal.
