can someone give me some signs of mental abuse? i have a feeling it’s what i’m being put through right now..

okay so like this was my post but here’s what i’m thinking is classified as this.
so i’m young and i’ve been with this boy for over a year. he’s 2 years older than me. he can talk to whomever he wants yet i can’t talk to people i’ve been friends with since elementary school. he can be on his phone whenever he wants but if i get on mine lord help us all. he can talk to my girl friends but i can’t talk to his guy friends. can’t have not one guy on social media yet he’s got multiple girls. i go to all his family events yet when i ask him to come to mine he’s pissed the whole time. i have a little sister from my dad that my father isn’t allowed to see yet the mom of that baby let’s me see her, if i tell him i’m going to see her he’s like “why” or no. if he doesn’t go to school he won’t allow me to. he’s got double standards but i was just wondering if that were considered mental abuse.
oh and he also leaves bruises on me by “playfully” pinching me. yet what he doesn’t know is while he’s digging his nails in my skin and pinching with all his strength i’m sitting there holding back all my tears. idk what to do. i’m 14 for crying out loud. i don’t need this, yet i’m doing this to myself by not leaving.

Telling you or doing things and then denying it ever happened, blaming you for things. Making you feel like nobody will ever want you, you cant find anyone better, you only need them and them having you drop your friends or family. Causing you to have feelings of being worthless or stupid. If you feel like you never know what to expect from them or feeling emotional/physically unsafe. You can google it and read more into it. I’m really sorry you feel your being abuse and i get it I’ve been there. Just try to keep yourself safe and find support.

Rude comments about your appearance, attitude, friends or just anything in your life.
But you don’t need other people defining mental abuse for you if you feel like you’re being mentally abused then you are. Tell them to stop or leave them.

Judging every little thing you do trying to make you change yourself to their liking but it hurts your feelings having things you didn’t even notice pointed out
