Any advice on making the transition? We are going to make sure his dresser is nice a secure/mounted. I’m taking out any toy out of his room that makes a noise, putting a child proof knob cover on the inside of his room. Oh and we’re going to start with just the mattress on the floor. Even though his crib transitions to the toddler bed, we’ve heard good outcomes about putting the mattress on the floor until they get the hang of it, and then putting them in their actual bed.

Anything else I should consider?!? Or even just experiences you ladies have gone through!

UPDATE:

It definitely is true that people end up worrying more than they have to, lol. My son is doing so well! He loves his toddler bed. We actually think that he’s sleeping better now than he did when he was in his crib.
