Could I have endometriosis?

It runs in my family. My mom has it, and so does my second cousin. I used to get GIANT blood clots the size of my palm when I first started getting my period, but now they aren’t as big. I have always had really bad cramps and a heavy flow, to the point where I can’t leave the house on the first, sometimes second day of my period. Even sometimes get period cramp feeling in my anus. Im ovulating rn and it is incredibly painful. I have also had a miscarriage & a chemical pregnancy. Any help is appreciated 😞
